class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n    <p>Tous les employeurs (secteur priv\u00e9 et secteur public) doivent \u00e9tablir un r\u00e8glement de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Ce r\u00e8glement est un document essentiel dans la relation entre l&#8217;employeur et le travailleur car il compl\u00e8te le contrat de travail.<\/p>\n<p>La FILE a \u00e9labor\u00e9 plusieurs mod\u00e8les en fonction des structures concern\u00e9es (voir ci-dessous) et reprenant toutes <strong>les mentions obligatoires<\/strong> pr\u00e9vues par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ejustice.just.fgov.be\/eli\/loi\/1965\/04\/08\/1965040816\/justel\">la loi.<\/a> Celles-ci concernent par exemple : les horaires de travail, le mode, l\u2019\u00e9poque et le lieu de paiement de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, la dur\u00e9e des vacances annuelles, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque mod\u00e8le reprend \u00e9galement toutes <strong>les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s du secteur et des conventions collectives de travail de la Commission Paritaire 332<\/strong> auquel le r\u00e8glement de travail doit se conformer.<\/p>\n<p>La Loi propose \u00e9galement des mentions facultatives relatives \u00e0 certaines obligations particuli\u00e8res pour le travailleur.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e8glement de travail a un caract\u00e8re contraignant d\u00e8s le moment o\u00f9 vous remettez, en tant qu\u2019employeur, une copie au travailleur.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>En cas d&rsquo;adaptation du RT, veillez \u00e0 respecter la proc\u00e9dure pr\u00e9vue \u00e0 l\u2019article 15 (voir loi ci-dessus), cela permet de rendre les modifications opposables au travailleur. Une proc\u00e9dure simplifi\u00e9e est pr\u00e9vue pour certains cas vis\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;article 14.<\/p>\n<p>Le R\u00e8glement de travail peut \u00eatre introduit en ligne via\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.reglementdetravail.belgique.be\/\"><strong>www.reglementdetravail.belgique.be<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(FR).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0L&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;application est possible (ROI). <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Au niveau de l\u2019ONE, le ROI est un document r\u00e8glementaire qui pr\u00e9cise les droits et obligations r\u00e9ciproques entre le milieu d\u2019accueil et les parents les employeurs (secteur priv\u00e9 et secteur public) doivent \u00e9tablir un r\u00e8glement de travail.<\/p> <p>Ce r\u00e8glement est un document essentiel dans la relation entre l'employeur et le travailleur car il compl\u00e8te le contrat de travail.<\/p> <p>La FILE a \u00e9labor\u00e9 plusieurs mod\u00e8les en fonction des structures concern\u00e9es (voir ci-dessous) et reprenant toutes <strong>les mentions obligatoires<\/strong> pr\u00e9vues par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ejustice.just.fgov.be\/eli\/loi\/1965\/04\/08\/1965040816\/justel\">la loi.<\/a> Celles-ci concernent par exemple : les horaires de travail, le mode, l\u2019\u00e9poque et le lieu de paiement de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, la dur\u00e9e des vacances annuelles, etc.<\/p> <p>Chaque mod\u00e8le reprend \u00e9galement toutes <strong>les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s du secteur et des conventions collectives de travail de la Commission Paritaire 332<\/strong> auquel le r\u00e8glement de travail doit se conformer.<\/p> <p>La Loi propose \u00e9galement des mentions facultatives relatives \u00e0 certaines obligations particuli\u00e8res pour le travailleur.<\/p> <p>Le r\u00e8glement de travail a un caract\u00e8re contraignant d\u00e8s le moment o\u00f9 vous remettez, en tant qu\u2019employeur, une copie au travailleur.\u00a0<\/p> <p>En cas d'adaptation du RT, veillez \u00e0 respecter la proc\u00e9dure pr\u00e9vue \u00e0 l\u2019article 15 (voir loi ci-dessus), cela permet de rendre les modifications opposables au travailleur.
